Sunfield Homeschool in Verulam is more than just a school—it’s a beacon of hope for children with intellectual impairments. Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Canelands, just 15 minutes from Umhlanga, we’ve been providing a nurturing, homely environment since 1972. Our mission is to equip our special learners with the skills they need to thrive in society, all within a loving, disciplined, and secure atmosphere that feels like home.

But our work doesn’t stop at education. We’re passionate about building a stronger, more inclusive community through outreach programs like our Annual Autism Awareness Walk and Casual Day. These initiatives raise awareness, celebrate diversity, and show the world the incredible potential of our children. To keep this vital work going, we need your help.
